It’s a…
Well, first things first, because I think we can all agree that there are more important things than whether this baby is a boy or a girl. The baby looks good. The cord has 3 vessels, the heart has 4 chambers, there are 2 kidneys, a stomach and the tiniest little baby hands I’ve ever seen in my life. We do have to go back in 4-5 weeks to get another look at the heart because it was a little small, which they aren’t concerned about because we’re only at 17 weeks and 3 days right now, so it’s supposed to be small. It looks fine, but they want to double check. Another ultrasound is a-okay with me.
And man, does this kid move a lot. I think the poor ultrasound tech almost quit at one point because she could not get a clear heart picture.
But there was one thing this kid was not shy about…
His sex.
We’re having a boy. A son.
And we literally could not be happier if we had to be.
