Hooray For Sunny Days & Maxi Dresses!

sunnydays1 Hooray For Sunny Days & Maxi Dresses! When I first got pregnant, I decided that once I sported a cute bump, I would rock the maxi dress.  Lots of my pregnant friends wear and have worn maxi dresses and they just look so cute!  I just bought my first one a few weeks ago and love it.  Especially since most of my dresses have become dangerously short to wear without leggings.  We’ve got warm, sunny days on the forecast for this weekend and I’ve got plans to wear my maxi dress.

Hop through to see details of my sunny day outfit.

The weather where I live in Portland pretty much lives up to its stereotype on most days during the spring – rainy and cold.  Occasionally we get lucky and mother nature provides us with a warm sunny day, over the weekend no less!  Sunday the high is supposed to reach 70 degrees – hip hip hooray!!  But even on the warmest days, the mornings and evenings are always cool in the spring and I always remember to throw a cardigan in my purse to put on once the sun goes down.

What are your weekend plans?  I’ve got plans for lounging in the sun and sipping on pineapple mocktails with friends.  Hope it’s sunny where you are.  Happy weekend!
