Thank you everyone for reading my baby related ramblings here on Baby’s First Year. As of tomorrow I will be moving over to Babble’s The New Home Ec where I will be posting on fun things like… cleaning, crafts, diy, green living, budget, home decorating, money, saving, organization, sewing, storage, finance, moving, gardening, painting, home, renovation, and home repair. We’ve just returned from an amazing week at the beach in Destin, Florida. It was Gordon’s first visit to the ocean. He loved it, of course, just like his mama. Today, Jaime debuted her new tattoo over on Prudent Baby. Although I don’t have any tattoos myself, I am usually a fan and especially adore this one. Besides being a work of art by the insanely talented Lewis Hess, it combines Jaime’s craftiness with her love for her daughter. I know that Roni, Melissa and Danielle have touched on the subject as moms with tattoos. What do you think? Do you have them? Would you get a tattoo tribute to baby?

I went to bed last night thinking about this giveaway and had a dream that they came out with an at-home test (like a pregnancy test) that told you what you were having by showing pink or blue in the little window. Scientists… get to work. That would be awesome.
