Britax and Aveeno Issue Recalls
Gotta love it when your infant car seat and your baby’s lotion is recalled! That’s what I learned today.
Britax, one of the top makers of car seats and strollers has issued a recall on its Chaperone infant car seat. The recall includes Chaperone infant car seats with model number E9L692J, E9L692K, E9L692L, and E9L692M manufactured between September 1, 2010 and April 30, 2011. The voluntary recall is due to the harness adjuster possibly detaching from the shell.
Johnson and Johnson have recalled thousands of tubes of Aveeno baby calming comfort lotion due to a sample containing too much bacteria. Around 2,200 bottles of the lotion – with lot number 0161LK – have now been recalled from shops across Southern states. The product was sold across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, the company said.
