GIVEAWAY: Charlie Banana Cloth Diaper Package!
A few weeks ago, we finally started cloth diapering. Now that we’ve switched to the cloth, my son hasn’t been back in a disposable once. I am using a combination of three different brands, one of which (and probably my favorite) is Charlie Banana.
I was lucky enough to be sent a few products to test out from the nice folks at the Charlie Banana brand, and since then I’ve shelled out my own money to order more, so you can be sure my opinion is genuine. Charlie Banana cloth diapers are extremely soft, well-made, and they are entirely chemical-free and natural. A bit more from their website…
We live in a world full of chemicals, full of cheap items that do not deliver what they promise. Many of us do not realize the full extent of the chemicals we apply on ourselves and on our children – from food, cosmetics, clothing, personal hygiene and cleaning products we use. We wanted to make something truly unique and to promote items that are basic but so much better for the health of the whole family, for our world, and for everyone’s wallet.
We’re giving away a cloth diaper package valued at $150 – keep reading to find out how you can win!
The Charlie Banana diapers have a number of qualities that I love. First off, I really respect their mission statement, and it feels good to use and support a company that is so passionate about protecting both our children and our environment. Their efforts to make a high quality product have definitely paid off.
The diapers are lined with a fleece fabric that is softer and more comfortable than any of the other cloth diaper I’ve tried. The inserts are thick and absorbent, and each diaper comes with two to provide for maximum absorption capability. Since we started using these, we’ve had no leaks or blowouts, which is a major WIN in my book!
There are several different options to choose from – one size diapers, sized diapers, swim diapers, disposable liners, reusable cloth wipes, and more. The variety of colors and patterns available make picking out your baby’s diaper just as fun as getting them dressed in the morning. Here is a small sample of the adorable diapers you can choose from…
Let’s get to the GIVEAWAY!

Diana @ frontyardfoodie commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:31 pmI currently cloth diaper my son and we’re expecting our second which we will also be cloth diapered! I love that I don’t have to run to the store all the time to pick up diapers, I LOVE the money saving over time and I most especially enjoy the lack of garbage. I seriously can’t imagine how many disposable diapers are going into landfills but they have to be in the gazillions.
These are SO adorable! I love that they’re fleece. Some of mine aren’t and cause more diaper rashes than fleece.
Kate Monaghan commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:31 pmHi there! I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby- and I’m looking forward to doing what I can to help protect the earth AND my child from excess waste and hazardous chemicals! I hope more families turn to cloth diapering as a way to save money and the earth!
Brianna commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:31 pmI’m looking forward to putting something soft on my daughter’s cute tushy. Disposables are so scratchy! Poor bum :(
Monica commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:33 pmWe are just starting to test the world of cloth diapering, trying to find a well-rounded brand, and I love that I am putting healthy products to my baby’s skin. I work so hard to keep him healthy and happy, and knowing that he isn’t absorbing chemicals from the plastic disposables makes me feel good! Plus, his toosh looks so cute in cloth diapers!
liz commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:33 pmI am most excited about keeping as many chemicals as possible away from my baby’s bum!
Mrs.B commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:34 pmI love so many things! I love not having to put diapers in my shopping cart EVER. I love that I am leaving the environment just a teensy bit better for my little man. I love knowing exactly what is on his little tushy! I love sharing my love for the fluffy bums with other Mama Bears.
Jill B commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:35 pmI am looking forward to the using cloth on my baby boy’s delicate skin instead of those scratchy disposables. The environmental impact (or lack thereof) is also a definite plus!
Amanda commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:35 pmLove that they’re affordable, good for the environment, and look so cute on my kiddo.
meekasmommy commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:36 pmWe cloth diaper, and I LOVE everything about it – the lack of diaper rash, the lack of trash, but mostly – how adorable my daughter’s bum looks every day :)
KatyBug commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:36 pmOooh, I would love to win this! I’m just BARELY pregnant (found out today!) but I’m planning on cloth diapering because I think it’s so much better for the environment…and my wallet.
Laura commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:37 pmI’m excited to continue the legacy of cloth diapering in my family. My mom cloth diapered me back when it was about cloths and pins and I’m excited about the new options out there and still keeping the tradition going!
Taryn commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:37 pmI love how cute they are. So much cuter than disposables! (I don’t really LOVE anything about diapering but if I have to do it then cuteness is a nice bonus.)
Lauren S commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:43 pmI’m looking forward to the savings that come along with using cloth diapers. I also like that I am helping keep waste out of landfills.

Kel commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:49 pmWe’re just starting. I love the fact that I added up what we would have spent to finish out with disposables, and we’re still saving money even though we’re starting eight months in. And I love that we’ll be able to use them from kid to kid :)
Nicole commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:49 pmGood for baby, my wallet AND the environment!
Katie commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:49 pmIf we cloth diaper (husband is on the fence), I look forward to helping the environment :)
Stephanie commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:50 pmOMG, I’ve been trying to go as natural as possible and am planning on cloth diapering. I’ve accumulated a small stash so far, but still need at least 12 more diapers and would love to try these out! I love how cute they are and that it will reduce trash and gross disposables. I hated the way disposables got all soggy and leaked those crystals over my nephew/nieces bottoms.
Tony commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:51 pmOriginally I was a little bit skeptical about cloth diapers, but since we’ve started using them I love them. My baby has yet to have a rash and or any blowouts.
Michele commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:51 pmWe are looking forward to the savings, environmentally-friendly impact, as well as showing our family members that cloth diapering has come a long way since my mom tried to use them.
Kerry commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:51 pmWe love the cost-savings of cloth diapers, the cute colors, the softness of cloth v. disposables on the sensitive skin of our baby, and of course the fact that we are not creating nearly as much trash/negative environmental impact as we would be with disposables. And last but not least, now that our baby/child (almost 1 year old!) is standing up, we love that the cloth diaper gives him a little more cushion when he falls down and lands on his bum!
Lindsay commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:52 pmI am really looking forward to having lots of cute colors of diapers! I think we will start out with 7th gen disposable at first and then we are moving on to cloth! I would love to win these
Allison commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:52 pmI love how cute and colorful cloth diapers are. And I love that they are better for baby’s skin, and we are saving hundreds of diapers from going into the landfill! I rave about cloth diapers to anyone that will listen!!
Amanda commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:53 pmI am looking forward to cloth diapering being a military wife whose husband will be deployed during the birth of our first child so I can save a little money and help set an example of little things we can do to help the environment!
Sally Mae commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:53 pmI love how soft cloth diapers are and that I don’t have to run to the store all of the time to stock up on diapers. It’s one less thing to carry now that I have a baby to take shopping with me. ;)
Ashley commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:55 pmI’m looking forward to knowing that not only will my little one be wrapped in something natural and safe, but we’ll be as eco-friendly as possible! I’m also looking forward to keeping up the tradition, since my mom used cloth with my brother and I! :-)
Linsay commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:56 pmI love the cost savings that cloth diapering provides. I love how soft and cozy cloth diapers are against delicate baby skin. And perhaps most of all, I love how adorable my son’s bum looks when he’s sporting nothing but a cloth diaper!
Kelsey commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:56 pmI’m looking forward to saving money and doing my part to keep extra waste out of landfills. This giveaway is so exciting!!
Emily commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:56 pmI LOVE cloth diapering. My favorite thing is all of the fun patterns and colors! It’s so fun to pick them out! And creates such a diaper obsession! :) I also find that cloth is the only thing that will hold in my sons poops! NO leaks here!
Jane commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:57 pmI love knowing that my family isn’t contributing to the growing number of disposables in the landfills. Don’t get me wrong, we still use them from time to time and I totally see how they work for some families, but we are happy that we are able to use mostly cloth diapers. I also love how giant/adorable his little booty looks when he is wearing is cloth diapers!
Megan commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:58 pmI love that they are so much better for the environment and you won’t be running to the store each week for diapers! Looking forward to trying them when we have kids!
Heather B commented on Jan 25 12 at 12:59 pmI’m looking forward to saving some money, seeing the cute designs on my baby’s bum, and keeping disposables out of the landfills. I have yet to try reusable diapers, since we are still using newborn disposables. Thanks! :)
Lindsay commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:02 pmI’m really looking forward to saving money and my environment by cloth diapering! Okay, and the cute patterns :)
Ashleigh Baker commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:02 pmWe are about to welcome our third little one into the world – our third cloth-covered baby! Our two older boys still say, when asked, that they loved their clothies over their sposies because they were “soft and comfy, not crunch-crunch-crunchy.” We love our cloth. :)
Kelly B commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:02 pmAs we hear up for baby #1 any day here (today is my due date!) we look forward to being able to put our baby’s bum in nice soft cloth for the first time. I know it might be a month or 2 before then, as we get used to a new baby, but I’m already sure the wait will be worth it!
Amy commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:02 pmI cloth diapered my toddler and am looking forward to cloth diapering the twins I am expecting in June. My favorite part was the cost savings.
Liliana commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:04 pmI’m looking forward to saving money and not adding to the landfills!
Meg commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:04 pmI am sooooo looking forward to seeing that adorable little tush scootching around the house with a super-bright diaper on it. I already almost can’t handle the idea of it and we’ve still got almost 3 months til she’s born!
Sarah S. commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:05 pmI love that cloth diapering keeps my baby’s butt soft and rash free. The cute patterns and cute butt are just a bonus :)
Karen Roe commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:05 pmCan’t wait to do my part to help the environment! And, bonus that the designs are so cute! :)
Becky commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:05 pmOf course the money savings and decreased environmental impact are great aspects of cloth, but the best part will be seeing him in all those adorable colors and prints!
Leslie commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:05 pmI can’t wait until my two week old fits into hers! I know her little bum is going to be so much happier.
Elissa commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:06 pmHappy bums! Better for the environment, and I hear potty training takes place a little quicker too :)
katherine commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:07 pmI feel like cloth diapering is much more gentle on my little ones skin. It is way easier than I ever thought it would be! I also waited until 3 months to get started and now we are going strong at 6 months.
Molly commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:08 pmI love that I know there aren’t any chemicals lying next to my baby’s skin all day when we use cloth diapers.
Talia commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:08 pmI love the saving money part! My son is 7 months old, and his cloth diapers have already paid for themselves! I also like that I’m doing something good for the environment by not contributing more disposable diapers to landfills.
Plus, my kid’s name is Charlie, soooo, just saying. =)
Mary commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:10 pmMy little Addy is now 6 months old. I have been cloth diapering since she has been born. What I love most is the soft fabrics next to her delicate skin. Also knowing that I am helping the environment and providing what I believe to be the best option for my child. Additionally, every little extra thing I can do for my baby’s health and well being, whether it be make her own food or cloth diaper, makes me feel happy : )
Juliene commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:11 pmI love cloth diapering for so many reasons. Fewer breastmilk poop blowouts, lessening our strain on the environment, less diaper rash! We just love it
Jules commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:12 pmI look forward to reducing waste!
Leah commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:12 pmWhat’s not to love about cloth diapering? The fact that they are environmentally-friendly, the cute variety of covers, the lack of diaper rash, and so on. I love every aspect! We have been cloth diapering our newborn since birth and plan to continue… So I could use a bigger stash of diapers!
Tara commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:14 pmWe used 7th Generation disposables for the first 5 weeks and then switched to cloth. Now that we use the soft, cloth diapers I hate when I have to put on a scratchy, paper disposable (in the rare case, I’m out of clean cloth diapers). I also love that we are doing something good for the environment. Since we used the disposables in the beginning I can see how much waste we are saving!
Ashley commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:14 pmI love cloth diapers because they are environmentally friendly and save money!! Plus, they are super cute!
Rebecca commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:15 pmCloth diapers seem like they’d be so much more comfortable! I love how cute they are, and pocket diapers are so easy to use!
Samantha Hartley commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:15 pmI just ordered some and they should be here today. I am so excited and looking forward to saving money, seeing their (I have twins) little butts in the cute patterns and helping do my part to save the planet. Also, I just love the look on people’s faces when they find out I am using cloth. Hehe
Emily commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:16 pmI love not having to worry about buying diapers! We have enough costs with twins, glad diapers don’t have to be something we have to keep buying…but with twins, boy could I use a few more so I can go a little longer in between washes ;)
Ashley commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:17 pmI look forward to saving some money!!
Ashley Hashbarger commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:17 pmI am going to be a 2nd time mom and can’t wait to cloth diaper. We did a little cloth diapering with my first but I was so overwhelmed that we stopped. Thanks to companies like Charlie Banana, I feel much more prepared this time! I can’t wait to save money, help the environment, and give my daughter a healthier and happier bum!
Lyndsay commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:19 pmI can’t pick one. I love, love, love the cost saving. I also love, love, love how cute they are!
erniebufflo commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:21 pmI’m looking forward to cute baby butts and to saving money, since having twins in disposable diapers would be SO expensive!
Liz commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:22 pmI love that I don’t have a huge trash bag of dirty diapers to throw out all the time, I save money, and I don’t have to worry about the nasty chemicals in typical disposables.
Amy commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:23 pmLooking forward to saving money over the years by using cloth, as well as knowing that I’m not irritating my baby’s soft skin with the chemicals found in diapers!
Kristen Lopez commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:23 pmI have heard so many good things about cloth diapering and I can’t wait to try it when our little one arrives in about 3 weeks! The thing I look forward to the most is how much more gentle they are supposed to be on baby.
Kim @ girlevolving commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:23 pmWe love how colorful they are and how much money we save!
Kelly Q commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:24 pmTwo things dominate my brain with cloth diapering: saving money, saving the planet. Every little bit helps when it comes to being more environmentally conscious, especially with our little ones!
Neil commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:24 pmI love the designs and am looking forward to being able to raise my child in a sustainable way and not contributing to more and more waste!
Mary Holland commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:25 pmI have a 9 week old in cloth! I love it. It was hard at first but great now…still looking for a good night diaper and Daily Garnish seems to love these. That’s why I want to win !! :)

KRISTY JONES commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:28 pmTo be honest – I just found out yesterday that I was pregnant! So I am not sure what to expect about any of this – What I do know is that cloth diapers will save me a ton and reduce our impact on waste! Getting to try them before we buy them would be incredible!

Pam commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:31 pmI love cloth diapers for a bunch of reasons, but especially because they are chemical-free and so soft on my baby girl’s sensitive skin!
Erin M commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:34 pmThere are quite a few reasons I love cloth. They are cute, extra padding for falls (when that time comes), I like the chubby bummy look, they are soft and cozy, good for the environment, and my wallet!
Oh…. and chemical gel balls on my sweeties genitals are so disgusting!!!
Christin commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:38 pmI’m looking forward to creating less waste and exposing my baby to fewer chemicals!
Maria commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:39 pmWe’re looking forward to not filling up landfills and having softer fabrics on our baby’s skin. If it’s anything like mine it’ll want the softest stuff out there!
Katie commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:40 pmI really want to try cloth diapers but my husband is unsure of them. Thinks they are a lot of work. I really look forward to picking out the cute designs for our baby’s bum.
TG commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:41 pmWe try to live a natural lifestyle as much as possible, and to avoid processed foods, excess chemicals, and man-made substances. I love that cloth diapers are kinder to the environment, kinder to our baby’s bottom, and kinder to our wallet!
Heather commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:43 pmFirst of all, I was cloth diapered…and in the 80′s, not a time when cloth diapering was super popular. I knew I wanted to cloth diaper my own children because I know it’s better for the environment, but more importantly, better for my kids. I truly believe that teaching children from an early age that the earth is important and we need to take care of it will influence the rest of their lives (I believe I am a case-in-point). I know that I can teach our children the value of quality (even if you have to pay a bit more upfront) and the idea that EVERYTHING doesnt have to be disposable. I think children can learn that just like treating a cloth diaper with care will make it last longer, treating the earth with care can bring the same result.
On a different note, I am having twins! I’m super close now and very excited about this time in my life. From a more superficial (financial) aspect, disposable diapering for twins kind of makes me sick to my stomach. I cannot imagine how much money that would be over their diapering years.
I cannot wait to cloth diaper and see those sweet bums covered in sweet fluff.
Miranda commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:45 pmI’m looking forward to using cloth diapers because I know it’s the healthiest option for my baby. The environmental impact and cost savings are great too!
Amy commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:45 pmMy friends always tease me about being a hippie, and I’ve been planning on cloth diapering since before I got pregnant! Now that I’m due in just a couple of months (4/2/12! EEK!), I am looking forward to getting a supply going, and was super excited to read about this giveaway.
Sarah commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:45 pmI love cloth diapering because it makes his chubby baby bum look so cute!
Linnea commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:45 pmI looking forward to so much! I’m at 32 weeks and can’t wait to cloth diaper, although it’s so hard to decide which brand to get! I helped cloth diaper my sister (9 years younger) with prefolds, pins and plastic covers the whole way. Oh my goodness how times have changed! I’m excited to impact the planet less, provide a healthier option for my daughter who if she’s like me will have very sensitive skin, and save money of course! Thanks for such an amazing giveaway!
Whitney Smith commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:47 pmI am half-way through my pregnancy and honestly can’t wait to cloth diaper!! I used disposables for my first child who is now 5. She had very sensitive skin as an infant so only select brands of diapers could come in contact with her skin. If only I would have know about cloth back then her sensitive skin problems wouldn’t have been an issue! With this little one we are looking forward to knowing what exactly is coming in contact with our baby’s skin. I have put so much care in to taking car of myself throughout my pregnancy and will continue to do so while breast feeding my newborn, it only makes sense to be as careful with what comes in contact with his or her skin. Besides…the designs are just too cute on babies little behinds! An added bonus! :-)
Brie commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:48 pmI’m looking forward to saving money using cloth!
Sarah commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:49 pmIm getting ready to try cloth diapering with my twin girls. Twins go through A LOT of diapers! I have some cloth diapers my ulster gave me but want o try all differents kinds to see what I like best.
Mari S. commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:49 pmLooking forward to having less of a negative impact on the environment, and simply feeling like we’re adding less to the landfill! And the overall beneficial financial cost to us is very nice too!
Jessica commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:51 pmI loooove the fact that diaper rashes are practically non-existent with the cloth diapers. Plus, I love saving money and helping the environment!
Jennifer commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:51 pmLoved (and bookmarked!) your helpful post on CD’ing at DG. Thanks for that! I’m looking forward to 1) making a choice to do a little extra work to keep as many disposables out of the landfills as I can and 2) saving some money!
Mandy commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:52 pmI will love savign money!! I will love not having to take out the trash, love how cute they are.

Angela commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:55 pmOf course it’s always nice to save money and help the environment, but I think the most important part is the benefits for the baby’s sensitive skin!

Sonya commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:58 pmWhen I used disposables in the early months of both my kids, I hated how much garbage we threw away. I love it that with a family of four, we barely throw out one black garbage bag a week!

rebecca commented on Jan 25 12 at 1:59 pmI love that there are no nasty chemicals up against my baby’s skin with cloth diapers! And I just feel so wasteful using disposables. Plus, I love saving money!
Sarah W. commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:01 pmI am looking forward to cloth diapering my future bambino. My mother used cloth diapers and I just think they make more sense than disposables in this day and age. The cute covers just help everything along. :)
Kari commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:01 pmI love using cloth diapers because not only are they adorable, but they save money and the environment! That’s a win-win-win.
Kate commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:06 pmI’ll be completely honest: we’re kind of cheap. The possible savings (especially since we do plan on multiple kids) is a HUGE appeal.

Jamie M commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:14 pmMy husband and I plan on cloth diapering. Without trying them yet, what’s not to love? Better for baby, better for the environment, cheaper – and cute!!! I made this decision long ago because it just makes sense! Regular diapers can take years to decompose. Gross!

Lesley commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:32 pmWe’re expecting our first in April and want to give cloth diapering a go – both for financial and environmental reasons. The Charlie Banana cloth diapers look easy to use, which is a necessary feature for the husband’s buy in to cloth diapering. He wants things to be as easy as disposables for the diaper-changer and it looks like these will do the trick.
Sarah Crosby commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:35 pmI look forward to saving money, not having as much waste, and seeing my cute baby in them! ;) We are living in an apartment right now (public wash room), but are moving to our very own home (our own washer and dryer) and are eager to try cloth diapers. I have never heard of Charlie Banana Diapers but am excited to look into them! Excited for our new adventures in cloth diapering!
Kara commented on Jan 25 12 at 2:37 pmI think the biggest plus for us is the money saved. I have heard so much about Charlie bananas and would love to try them first hand. My baby is 8 weeks old and still needs a few cloth diapers to complete the collection. I would love to win this!!!
Jennifer Ruck commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:21 pmI LOVE cloth diapering my baby because it is so much better for the environment! I am not “anti-disposable” and I think they are very handy at times, just like other disposable items (plastic silverware, paper plates, paper napkins, etc.) They are all things that are more convenient and easier to use in a pinch but why use them every day when the “real” thing is so much better for the world? Plus cloth diapers are so much cuter!

Nikki commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:26 pmWe cloth diapered our first until potty training (used cloth trainers too) and are currently using cloth on our second. With a third on the way, we love the amount of use we get out of them! The amount of money you save is phenomenal. Plus we couldn’t stand the thought of putting a chemical filled diaper on our little one’s delicate little bottom. We do so much to protect them and make sure they are safe, then we see no problem in using disposables?? Doesn’t make sense to us!! We have never tried Charlie Banana but want to so badly!! This set would be perfect for our little girl expected in May <3
Beth R commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:26 pmThere are so many things I love about using cloth. First of all I love that my baby is in something natural not covered in chemicals. Morae L commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:28 pmI love cloth diapers, I have been pairing little cotton prefolds with hand made wool soakers since day 1! We have never had any diaper rash incidents and I have to say the cotton diapers hold in so many messes that a disposable just wont saving tons of outfit accidents! I have several different brands but Charlie Banana is my favorite for all of the reasons you said above. Love Charlie Banana and love cloth diapering my little peanut!

Aimee commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:36 pmI love saving money, keeping DD away from the chemicals in disposables, I love that they’re cute, I love not making so much waste…heck, I even love doing diaper laundry. Somehow, it doesn’t seem like a big chore like regular laundry. I’m not even kidding!
Leanne commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:36 pmI am looking for ways to save money once our wee one arrives. I’d like to give cloth diapering a try!
Tonia Pollack commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:36 pmI would love to win this package for my newborn due in April. I love cloth for lots of reasons but top 2 are…better for baby and the environment, they are SUPER CUTE!! I hope to start out my newborn with cloth and stay with it for good!
Pam commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:36 pmI don’t have a baby yet, but I’m definitely planning on using cloth diapers! Mainly for me, it’s the environmental factor. Also, I’ve heard they toilet train faster because they feel wet. A win-win!
Heather R commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:37 pmWe cloth diaper. I love knowing that from birth to potty training we’ll never have to buy another diaper. (Unless I’m lured in by another cute one. Lol)
I didn’t cloth diaper my first and his room constantly smelled (despite using a diaper pail) and we had tons of blowouts. Since cloth diapering my second I haven’t dealt with either of those issues. I love it!
Mindy commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:38 pmI love cloth diapering because it’s a great choice for my family. It helps us save money and care for the environment. Cloth diapers also look sweet and adorable!

carrie commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:40 pmI intend to cloth diaper because I don’t want to contribute to the overflowing landfills in our country! We recycle, compost, reuse and repurpose in our house so disposable diapers is definitely not an option for us! And of course saving money doesn’t hurt either! Thanks so much for the offer!

I love that my baby’s bum looks so dang cute in cloth too! I would love to win because I haven’t tried Charlie Banana yet, but have heard really good things about them!
Faith Halverson commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:41 pmThe thing I love most about cloth diapering is saving money! There are many benefits to cloth diapering but this one far outweighs any other :) Plus, they are so stinkin’ cute!
Vanessa commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:42 pmI love the way they look. So.cute. But that’s just one thing….there are a lot of reasons to love cloth. :)
Heather commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:42 pmI’ve been a fan of cloth diapers since my oldest was born 16-1/2 years ago and have used them on all of my children. They are so good for the environment, great for a budget, and awesome for a baby’s skin. I’ve always gotten a warm-fuzzy when looking out at my clothesline and seeing diapers lined up and blowing in the breeze! Cloth diapers rock!!!!
Kelly commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:43 pmI am in love with Charlie Banana! We have been using a different brand for the past five months but have experienced many leaks and I have found myself resorting back to disposables for nap/bedtime:( I enjoy the cost savings of course but the best for me is knowing that I’m doing something to improve (well, at least not contributing to it getting worse:P) the world my baby is going to be living in! I purchased a Charlie Banana all in one to try out and it’s fantastic!!!! I have ordered a couple of the Charlie Banana sized diapers just for comparison sake but I can’t say enough good things about this diaper. No leaks, easy to clean and VERY absorbant. Way to go Charlie Banana!!!!:)
Erin commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:43 pmI’m 6 month pregnant and looking forward to saving money and being more green! Plus cloth is cuter!!

Samantha Farias commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:46 pmi love how much safer it is for my LO rather than how harmful disposables are
Carla commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:46 pmWhen we think of being parents, my husband and I could not accept the idea of using disposable diapers on our baby. We always try to do everything possible to help the environment and thus arose the idea of seeking an alternative solution. With successive researches on the Internet we entered the world of reusable nappies and fall in love with. The quality brands such as Banana Charlie did not leave any doubt about our option, despite the difficulty in initial investment. Now all my baby will wear diapers and other reusable products because as they grow, they become aware of the importance of our decisions in their lives, and … since we want them to be happy …. we can only choose the best for them! Thanks Charlie Banana
Teresa commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:48 pmMy Niece just last week had her first child and she decided early on in her pregnancy that she would use cloth diapers. I was pleased and surprised to hear her say that. It’s nice to see that she is going back to the way things used to be done, trying to save money and help the environment. She received a few of your diapers for her baby shower and can’t wait till she can purchase some more. She loves the ones that she has already used. Thank you again for your products.
melissa sears commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:48 pmWe love the savings and cute designs. We do have a lot plain ones and not a lot of fun designs just because we are a budget.
Elise commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:49 pmI love that my daughter looks cute and saves me money at the same time! I also love that I went from taking the garbage out every day to now only taking it out every 2-3 days.

Kristy commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:50 pmI love how cute my LO’s bum is in cloth. I love the money I’ve saved! And it’s amazing we’ve been able to do our part to help the environment!
Karen commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:50 pmBesides these diapers being so cute, I would love to start cloth diapering to save money on buying diapers. I would also love to stop using nasty disposable diapers. I have had a few of the start to fall apart lately and I’m not to impressed with what is inside. I am also hoping my older kids see this and think about doing it with there kids in the future since it isn’t a popular thing to do in this area.
Anne commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:52 pmI’m 33 weeks and looking forward to cloth diapering because I believe it will be better for my baby :) No nasty chemicals or other things so close to it’s precious soft skin! Jenny Yantes commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:55 pmOne of the many things I love about cloth diapering, is the fact that not only does it save us money each month, but they are so cute on my daughter! As a SAHM, I had to be creative about ways to save $ each month. Cloth diapering was something that I had not done with my son…and I have to admit, scared me a little in the beginning. We are now been using cloth diapers for 5 months, and still going strong!
Monique commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:56 pmI am pregnant and want to try cloth diapering and love savings!!
Melanie commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:56 pmI’m dying to try cloth diapering, but my husband is unsure. Winning this gift package could get us started and help me assure him that there is nothing to fear ;)
Lauren commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:57 pmWhat’s not to love?!
I love cloth diapering because it is better for the environment and saves my family so much money. But most importantly, my daughter looks so unbelievably cute in her Charlie Banana diapers. All the colors & prints, you can’t go wrong! (so much cuter than ugly disposables)
Eviana commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:58 pmIt seems Charlie Banana has overtaken my heart, mind, and my little Vaughn’s bum. :) Anxiously awaiting an order from online 2 MNTHS ago, I was soooo ECSTATIC when they finally arrived! They are amazing, soo fluffy-like a lamb,& fit my babe just perfect, overall one of the greatest things I had discovered! I had to bury my face in them-still do to this day(after washing them of course!). I love how these have changed Vaughn’s bum to having rashes every other day to no redness since we got these. NO DESITIN!! Ever since then, we keep track of how much we’re saving week by week!! $104.77 SO FAR! Charlie Banana, I thank you for the simplicity of saving $$ from buying disposables, trash bags, desitin, stinkiness in the house from the trash, and the perfect no-red butt for my growing son. I recommend this to anyone starting cloth diapers for their little one. :))
Rachel S commented on Jan 25 12 at 3:59 pmI love the fact that they are great for the environment….plus are super cute on. Plus think they have to be more comfortable then disposables.
sharon b commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:01 pmI love cloth diapering. I’m creating less trash which is a great environmental bonus. I love that I’m not exposing my child to harsh chemicals but making him wear a disposable diaper. It saves me time and money. I never have to run to the store because I ran out of diapers. I can reuse my cloth diapers on my future children and then pass along the love to another family. My son also looks so cute in his cloth diapers. And who doesn’t love a fluffy butt??
Deb commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:01 pmI am looking forward to trying cloth diapers when we adopt our little one!

tovah McD commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:05 pmI LOVE how my little one looks in his cloth diapers, especially Charlie Banana’s!
My favourite thing is defiantly that I’m not putting a disposable on his precious little bum. Therefore not putting a disposable in the garbage…it’s win win, and like I said he looks so dang cute!
Mary commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:05 pmAfter resisting the cloth with my first three babies, I finally took the plunge with number 4 and I don’t know why I waited so long. They really aren’t that big a deal. The number one reason I love them is disposables are so expensive (and cloth is cuter.)

Riss C. commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:09 pmWe have 4 kids and discovered another brand cloth diaper with our 3rd. We all have eczema and allergies and have battled numerous nasty diaper rashes. The cloth diapers helped immensely with our 3rd but there were leaks and fit issues with them on our 4 th. we decided to try Charlie Banana diapers with him and are amazed at how soft, easy to use and how well they fit. We only have a few of them but would love to get more!

Sadly I am a cloth diaper laundry lover, it makes me feel wonderful to wash and hang them to dry…just something I hope my children will appreciate when they are older.

Sarah Woods commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:48 pmWhat do I love or look forward to about cloth diapering? I graduated in May 2004, lost my Mom in June 2004, was shipped off to Boot Camp July 2004, found out I was pregnant in August 2004, had my son May 2005, lost a daughter at Full Term in November 2006, found out I had a blood clotting disorder which requires me to take shots everyday if I’m pregnant, had a son May 2009, and after everything and many prayers and a longing for 5 years we were finally blessed with a beautiful girl August 2011. My Mom always talked about cloth diapers and how they helped save money, she always thought it would be awesome to have cloth diapers that were like disposables. I wish she could see the selection now. Thinking of her I decided to buy 2 cloth diapers to try. I really enjoy them. I love the fact that it saves money, it is better on baby’s bottom, and it really helps the environment, and best of all you can pass them on to a needy Mom. I would love to win this contest and try cloth with my daughter, my tubes are tyed so she is my last. Using cloth is exciting and fun and so rewarding in so many ways. I love the fact that I might get the chance to try cloth liked I have been wanting to. Thanks so much, have a wonderful week!

Jenna Norvell commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:56 pmI’m so excited to start cloth diapering! I’ve got a three month old daughter, she’s my second. I’ve started ordering some diapers, but I haven’t used cloth yet. For some reason it just never occured to me when my son was born. I got a BUNCH of disposables at my baby shower and it just went from there. After researching it a bit, I realized how much cloth diapers have improved! My mom used them with me and said they were a pain in the butt when she used them, but they look so nice now! I’m excited not to have to buy diapers every week. Not to be exposing my daughter to the chemicals in disposables. And to be leaving less of a footprint on the planet. I’m trying really hard to become more eco friendly!
Lori Cecere commented on Jan 25 12 at 4:57 pmLove Charlie banana! Have tried many brands and this is the winner by far. No leaks and my son loves them especially his “trucks” diaper. Carrie commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:08 pmI got in to cloth diapering because of the number of diapers we were going through (I have two in diapers). I thought we would save money. But now that we’re in to it, I just love how cute they look in them and how I don’t feel like I am throwing money in the trash can on a n almost hourly basis. Oh yea, and a side benefit, its good for the earth too. I am a recycling fanatic, but oddly its not really my reason for cd’ing.
Jen commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:10 pmI love the feeling cloth diapering gives me as a mother. Not only am I doing what’s best for my baby now (preventing diaper rash and putting unnecessary chemicals on her skin) but I am doing what’s best for her and her children (not putting disposables in landfills!). I’m also saving my family money by cloth diapering and plan to start making my own reusable wipes as well! And yes, they are completely adorable and addicting to buy. Nothing shows off chubby little thighs better than cloth diapers!
Jessica Stratton commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:11 pmI love the prints and colors! They look so cute on the baby! I have cloth diapered three of our four children and I did it because of the money savings. We had two in diapers and had to do something! but then after using prefolds and covers for a while, I realized all waste we were keeping out of the landfills. That got us to change a lot of things around the house. We now use (almost) all cloth or reusable products. Its amazing how one small change can make such a difference in your life! Our youngest right now is 19 months. We plan on having more children and we would love the chance to try Charlie Banana! Such cute diapers. Thank you for the giveaway.
adrienne Kendall commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:12 pmI love seeing all the diapers on the line in the sunshine. Almost as cool as seeing a cute cloth diaper on my little one’s bum :)
jaki commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:15 pmI am excited about how my little one will potty train earlier because of cloth diapering and the money I will save using cloth diapers. I really want to use Charlie banana diapers they look to be the best!
Shellon commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:18 pmI am really conscious of all the chemicals that are in today’s world. I love that this company also seems concerned. I also think having nice soft fabric against my baby will be much more comfy than itchy diapers. And with the new disposables being so ‘absorbent’ I have noticed that parents are less able to tell when their child is wet and the poor babes end up sitting in wetness too long.
Sarah L. commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:21 pmDefinitely looking forward to a reduction in blowouts and I think they’re better for baby’s skin…and they’re SO CUTE!!!
Danielle K commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:21 pmI love how easy cloth diapering is, that I’m not producing more waste, and how cute they make my son’s bottom look :)

Carrie Haines commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:26 pmI look forward to proving all the nay-sayers wrong! Plus having a happy and healthy baby, wallet, and environment!
Sarah G commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:26 pmAside from the typical environmental concerns… I would love to not have to make the frantic call to husband on his way home from work to please pick up diapers! Then he’s later than usual and the entire evening routine is delayed. We want him home as soon as possible :)
Valerie Hobart commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:27 pmWhat’s not to love. I love saving money. I love that I don’t throw them away but reuse them over and over. I love that they are chemical free and won’t hurt the most valuable thing to me on the planet! Plus they are adorable. I love the patterns! And there are so many choices, anyone can find something they like. And lets not forget that most cloth diapered kids potty train earlier! I mean the benefits just don’t end.
Ursula commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:29 pmI love everything about cloth diapers, but I get the most enjoyment out of seeing my little boy in adorable print diapers. So much cuter than disposables!

My baby girl is due in April and I am so anxious to try out cloth diapering. The benefits: no blowouts, rashes, waste and bonus of cost savings are so worth it.:) im also curious to see if they will really help with the ease of potty training.

Stephanie commented on Jan 25 12 at 5:43 pmI love cloth diapers because they are better for my son now and for his future. I love that they don’t have all sorts of chemicals in them to irritate his cute little bum and they don’t contribute to huge amounts of waste, affecting his future on the planet. Plus they are way cuter than disposables and the prospect of quicker and easier potty training is a plus!!

JodiMock commented on Jan 25 12 at 6:07 pmWe were surprised with identical twin boys, my #4 & #5! I’ve cloth diapered my last two and can’t wait until the twins are big enough to fit in cloth. My favorite aspect of cloth would be a tie between the savings and avoiding the yucky chemicals and gels from disposables! Love cloth wipes too!
Chelsey D commented on Jan 25 12 at 6:07 pmI love that diapers are so customizable to your needs as a parent. Charlie Banana’s truly come as everything you need in a great well fitting diaper. She’s now 19 months and we’ve been cloth diapering since she was 2 months old. I have recommended it to friends and have help them get started. Jillian commented on Jan 25 12 at 6:46 pmMy fiance and I are expecting our first son February 11th, at first we were opposed to cloth diapering because we didn’t understand it. After researching about cloth diapering and the impact it has on the environment and our wallets made us decide to switch to cloth diapering. More into researching cloth diapering, we looked at tons of different brands, got lots of opinions and decided to go with the Charlie Banana one size diapers. We ordered them and received them quickly and we can’t wait to use them on our son! They are incredibly soft and stayed soft even after washing them before their first use! We had previously bought a box of newborn disposable diapers and were given a couple packages of diapers for the baby shower but donated them instead!
Kayt Hiltu commented on Jan 25 12 at 6:47 pmI love that not only am I doing what is best for my baby, but I am doing what’s best for the environment and for my wallet. Texas Momma commented on Jan 25 12 at 7:32 pmI love my cloth diapers!! The first time I used one I knew I would never be able to go back to disposables. They are so much softer & nicer to use on my baby’s bottom, and are much easier to care for than I ever thougth they would be! I love that I’m not throwing out an entire trash bag of diapers every week, and the money I’m not spending on diapers every week is going to our savings to buy a new house! By my calculations, I’d saved about as much as I spent to buy my stash at month 6, so everything after that was free! What’s not to love!?!?!

I am really excited to save money and save on waste by using cloth diapers. I’m not sure I have a strong conviction either way. I simply always wanted to cloth diaper! I am really glad you posted a review of the diapers you have used… It is so hard to choose which ones to try!
Kirbie commented on Jan 25 12 at 7:57 pmI LOVE the lack of diaper rash that I see since switching to cloth diapers. My poor baby’s bum was so red and had open sores from disposable diapers. I had always planned on cloth, but had to bear with disposable for a couple weeks before he fit and it was horrible screaming every diaper change because of the diaper rash. NO MORE since the switch!
Janelle G commented on Jan 25 12 at 8:00 pmI love how cloth diapers are economical, I love that the don’t keep encased poo in land fills for hundreds of year, I love how I never have to worry about running out of diapers, I love how much better it is on my sweet baby’s bottom, and I love how cute they are!

Sonya Morris commented on Jan 25 12 at 8:27 pmI just started exclusively cloth diapering with the help of Charlie Banana and I love it! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed using Pampers and being able to toss them in the trash afterwards, but the price of diapers has gotten to be too much for our family. I use Charlie Banana diapers and I love the bright colors, the ease, and how well they clean up after the nastiest of messes! Plus with cloth diapers I am saving money, they look adorable, and I am not throwing diapers away! I would love to win some Charlie Banana diapers to add to our small stash that way I could let wash diapers every other day and let them air dry! Thanks!

I love trying new diapers and I figure changing diapers is a must so I guess I better enjoy it!
Heather commented on Jan 25 12 at 8:54 pmI’m really looking to find a cloth diaper that my husband will be willing to use and that our son likes. So far I haven’t found the right fit and it gets way too expensive to keep buying them so I’m hoping to win some to try out. If our little one doesn’t seem to care for them then we do have a local cloth diaper dealer that I can donate them to.

And now a surprise baby on the way :) I’m excited to be the mommy of both, but not for the cost of diapers!! I also think that we should preserve the earth for our children and their future, that’s VERY important to me and I do my best to reduce, reuse and recycle. I keep making excuses about cloth diapers, but I’m done! Win or not, I’m going to make the switch. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway!!!

I’m expecting our second child and have all intentions of ordering more cloth diapers. There are so many wonderful benefits of cloth diapers such as environmentally friendly, cost effective, easy to use and cute! When I first told people I was going to be using cloth diapers they were all like what! why!? …my response was why not? Friends and family alike ask me till this day where do I find cloth diapers and how to you use them, wash them etc. They are wonderful. I encourage all moms to use cloth diapers on their babies. Sarah commented on Jan 25 12 at 9:44 pmI love that I get a little extra moment with my baby’s ‘business’ before flushing it away…..on a serious side, I have enjoyed cloth diapering more than I thought I would, I am much more in tune with how often he goes and what consistency everything is than I would be if I was just wrapping it and throwing it away to the landfill!!!

Samantha Blandi commented on Jan 25 12 at 9:52 pmI’m looking forward to saving money from using cloth instead of disposable! Hopefully, I wont catch the cloth bug where I buy tons of different “cute” cloth diapers and spend the same amount! Well, either way, it’s better for the baby, right??
Bri commented on Jan 25 12 at 9:55 pmI love the idea of using cloth diapers and really look forward to using them in the future. I think like anything else that is good for us, we just need to give it an honest effort and make it work in our every day lives.

I look forward to how great it will be on his sensitive skin and how great it will be for the enviroment!! Hubby and I are planning to use cloth diapers and we have been researching which brand to use. These sound amazing! This package would really help us get started for sure. Laura commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:44 pmI’d love to try them but I’m always worried about spending the money and then not liking them. This is a great chance to give them a go!!
Lesley commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:45 pmA year of mostly cloth-diapering my twins is over and another year + who knows to go. I know that I don’t live as green as many people, but this is one little thing that my babies and I can do to make the world they will live in better. I’d love to cd full time but we just don’t have the stash to send to the sitter. Anything that will help us grow our cd stash would be awesome. And yes, we’ll pass them on when we are finished.
Robin commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:47 pmI am looking forward to saving money. Babies are expensive and using cloth diapers will definately help
Molly commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:50 pmDecreasing my family’s carbon footprint! Also, they’re adorable and just the ways things should be! Why make my little one a polluter before he can even realize the consequences. <3 reduce reuse recycle <3
Alifurt commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:53 pmI’d love to win a fun colorful pack :) I look forward to making diapering fun – a bit more work maybe but overall a great investment too!
Raquel Ruiz commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:55 pmHi!!! I will be a first time mommy on August 2nd and since finding out I was pregnant my research of cloth diapers began. Out of the thousands of brands of cloth diapers Charlie Banana was the only one that stuck out as a favorite and a must have.
I never knew I could be so thrilled about diapers in my life, but I am more than excited and can’t wait until my little love arrives so I can begin the cloth diapering and pamper my little ones tiny tushy! :)
Tiffany commented on Jan 25 12 at 10:56 pmFor me the environmental benefits are the best part (and they are super cute!!)

Tammy Malf commented on Jan 25 12 at 11:35 pmI love the fact that I’m not filling my curb garbage can with disposable diapers! & even though the disposables are now coming in prints, my daughter’s fluffy butt is way cuter!!!
Brandae commented on Jan 25 12 at 11:47 pmI’m due with my fifth little one in six weeks and finally ready to cloth diaper. I am embarrassed that it’s taken so long but glad that it’s not too late! I’d love to win this giveaway and get started on my shopping! Thanks!
Mary commented on Jan 25 12 at 11:49 pmI loved researching about and shopping for them when I was hugely pregnant, and now that I have a very thirsty 2-weeker who soaks through sposies in 20 minutes, I love how absorbent they are.
bridget commented on Jan 25 12 at 11:50 pmI’m thinking about switching over to cloth because my poor daughter gets diaper rash frequently. Perhaps cloth diapers will help. Plus the designs are really cute!

Eileen Jenks commented on Jan 25 12 at 11:57 pmWe look forward to reducing the amount of chemical exposure to our kiddos as well as keeping their sensitive little bums free of diaper rash! This has been a big problem for us, with kiddos that have extremely sentitive skin. The fact that they are adorable helps;)

Marisa commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:05 amI love cloth for so many reasons! It has a fresh clean smell rather than a chemical smell, I save tons of money ( awesome now that DH lost his job), they are super cute!!!! And just overall better for my little guy
Cherise commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:08 amI love cloth! I can’t really think of anything I don’t like. (Well except maybe when I don’t get a fresh stack folded and in the diaper basket for the hubby and I subsequently get to listen to him gripe about how there are NEVER any diapers when he changes our son. :-/) Other than that I love CDing! I especially like one-size. Best. Ever.
Megan Arce commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:12 amWe absolutely LOVE Charlie Banana diapers! They are a great fit, absorb so well, and are incredibly adorable! We currently only have 2 CB’s in our stash and would LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tutti Frutti pack, the fashion diaper, or the swim diaper! The best part of cloth diapering to me is protecting my baby from the harmful chemical-laden/hormone-altering disposable diapers!! I also enjoy not having a stinky diaper pail full of poop to throw out in the trash, and I feel pretty darn good about to contributing to the diaper pile in the landfill. Cloth is great and Charlies make it even better!
Brandee commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:12 amLooking forward to saving money and cute pictures of my little one in his cloth diapers this summer

Jennifer Carnwright commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:56 amSoooo, to make a really long story short, my husband and I both served in the military, my husband having just recently separated. During his last few months prior to transitioning and adjusting from military life to “civilian” life, we were knee deep in preparations for our second love, Brennon. Stressful. I had to sacrifice a lot of “wants” for my baby, (cloth diapers) not knowing how things would fall into place for us financially. Our son is now 2 1/2 months old, and I would LOVE the opportunity to still be able to cloth diapering. Thanks for all you do, respectfully, Jennifer.

Amanda B commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:19 amI love that I’m not throwing thousands of plastic diapers into a landfill! The environmental benefits alone would be worth it, but then with the cost savings on top of it you can’t lose!!
Fallon M commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:19 amI’m entering this giveaway for my sister and her wife, who hope to be pregnant by early summer. I am SO excited to be an aunt, but they live 500 miles away. Both Niki, my sister, and Lori agree that cloth diapering is a good fit for them, and I know that having diapers already paid for would mean more money to cover travel expenses to visit when the little one arrives. What I look forward to most about them cloth diapering is getting used to the process myself, so that I’m ready when I have children – in about ten years :). Also, my future niece or nephew with a big cloth diapered bottom is something I can’t wait to see!
Jacqueline commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:25 amLooking forward to the savings and not having diaper trash
Persephonie commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:25 amI look forward to cloth diapering not only for environmental reasons but also for my baby, I care a lot about what I use on my own skin and I can’t think of a better way to show my baby how much I care for theirs also.

Chels commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:31 amCloth diapers have come so far from when I was a wee one–no more plastic pants & giant safety pins! These diapers are SO cute, hip and I love the big booties that they give babies. I look forward to using these when my little one is born.
Caitlin commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:44 amI love the big fluff bottom she has wearing CD:) I also love that we haven’t had to buy disposables in her 7 weeks of life

Andrea Smith commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:14 amI have really enjoyed cloth diapering our two. I really love how much money we have saved by something that is better for my baby and cuter to boot!
Anne-Sofie Frey commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:19 amI resently purchased cb and am I.N. L.O.V.E. We have had no leaks and it lasts longer than our other diapers. If we had the money, I would only be using cb. In time I hope our stash will reach a reasonable amount.
Laura commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:43 amLove being green and setting a good example (early in her life) of how to do our part to preserve the environment! And I love that they’re soooo cute!
CouRtenay commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:45 amI love CDing because my son’s diaper rash has gotten so much better since we made Tge switch. We started our newborn daughter out since week 2!
Jenni commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:51 amI love that cloth diapering is so good for my babies skin. I can reuse them on the rest of my children and they are inexpensive in the long run. When someone sees my son’s diaper, they ask questions.. I love that too, to spread the word. :)

Maria commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:29 amMy baby is 3 weeks old but we I’m looking forward to ditching the disposables and entering the world of cloth. Even though I’m a bit intimidated. We, like you, also bought several brands to try. Charlie banana sadly not being one of them but my plan was to wait until we settled into a routine before trying them out. Otherwise it seems like a lot to tackle at once! Off to read your full post on them..(btw Cullen is the cutest!!)
Casey W. @ thislittlechickpea.blogspot.com commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:34 amI LOVE cloth diapering! The environmental impact, lack of chemicals, and ease of use are all BIG pluses in my book! They are also super cute, and I secretly love the crazy looks I get from people who don’t get it :) They think it must be so hard but I have learned it is just as easy as disposables!
Erin commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:39 amI look forward to starting to cloth diaper my little one after its born in a couple weeks!! The diapers are so cute, I love the colors and designs :)
Michelle commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:53 amI am 39 weeks pregnant, and super excited about cloth diapering. My husband is a phd student, and we are very green, so we have decided we have multiple reasons to go this way. My baby registry had all stuff for cloth diapers, and while opening gifts, We got wet bags, liners, etc. I spent the present opening edicating my friends and family on what I had learned…one problem. I didn’t get actual diapers. So, I can line, wash, but didn’t get the actual diapers! I love these designs, and would love te opportunity to use these,
SmugMama commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:27 amI love cloth diapering and am so glad that I have done it with my daughter and look forward to continuing with this new baby! I love the ease and really LOVE the cost savings! My sister recently purchased a package of disposables for a trip and we calculated that I would have been spending almost $300 a month on diapers and wipes if I was using disposables!! The savings will increase even more with baby #2!!
Heather Brandt commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:31 amI love being able to save $$ by cloth diapering & I love seeing my baby’s cute fluffy butt :)
Rebecca Hitchcock commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:35 amI LOVE that we have never had a blowout with cloth…can’t say the same for disposables.

Nancy Egan commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:18 amMy daughter is expecting her first on 1/31. I had her investigate cloth diapers & she loves the idea. She has even made her own wipes out of cloth.
Kylene commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:23 amI am 33 weeks with our first. It was actually my hubby’s idea to go the cloth diaper route. Both our moms used cloth on us and after researching a ton on how they have evolved I am very excited to use cloth. We have a local company here that offers a rental for the newborn prefolds but we are still researching brands to go with after the newborn stage!
Jodi commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:25 amI was nervous about switching to cloth, but did so when my son was 8 or 9 months old. Best decision I ever made; cloth diapering saves us so much money, fits in with our environmentally conscious lifestyle and keeps the chemicals off of my sons genitals!

Lyndsie commented on Jan 26 12 at 9:22 amI am about half way through my first pregnancy and I have heard rave reviews about cloth diapers from friends and family. The environmentally friendly aspect is always a plus but I am really excited about not having to run to the store every time I need diapers. You basically never run out since they are just a load of laundry away!
Sara Johnson commented on Jan 26 12 at 9:23 amI love that I knew have to leave the house for a diaper! Cding rocks!

Merrill commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:04 amCute designs and less trash!!!
Shannon Orton commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:09 amLess trash, especially when there is only pee in the diaper I hate using a disposable. Less money! They are cute! I have never tried cloth diapers but want to try them.
Ihavechildren commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:10 ami love them because they save a TON of money. I’ve used them on all 3 of my kids. DOWN WITH DISPOSABLE!
Caryn P commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:12 amI have a potty trained near 4 year old, an 18 month old in disposables and a 3rd baby on the way. I will finally be home full time in the coming weeks and really want to make the switch to cloth diapering for my baby. With my 18 month old horrid diaper rash, I figure I would switch her over as well…especially because they are one size. I am still at a loss as to what diapers to go with and would love to win and have some to try out.
tessa commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:13 amI started cloth when my daughter was one week old! Besides the fun of collecting different prints and colors I really love helping the environment! Also I save a bundle!

Gwen commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:31 amI look forward to being able to feel good about what I’m putting on my baby and reducing my environmental impact at the same time!
Holly Bensing commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:42 amI love that they are all natural against my child’s skin!
Melanie commented on Jan 26 12 at 10:59 amI want to start cloth diapering to get rid of these nasty disposables! I’m so tired of putting diapers on my baby that give him rashes at his thighs. It would be nice to win this set to get started. I’m not working right now, I’m at home with the baby so its not likely we will have the money all at once to get what we need for the cloth diapering. So it would be nice to win to make getting started much easier. Good luck to everyone else as well though!
Aurore commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:01 amI am due tomorrow (!) and decided to use cloth diapers because it is better for my baby’s skin and environmentally-friendly. But what makes me really excited are the cute designs…

Amber commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:07 amI am almost three months pregnant and am actually looking forward to the idea of cloth diapering. My husband and I are both able to work from home and stay home a bit so doing this will be great. I really want to make less of an impact on the environment. Plus, if my parents could do it with less than stellar cloth choices I know that we can!!
Laura Niedergeses commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:09 amI love the selection with cloth diapers, there are so many attractive options out there, I can’t wait to start using them in May!!
Reba commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:13 amI am addicted to cute diapers! Most of mine are just plain – I need more cure ones!
Heather E commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:18 amWhat a great giveaway! I’m due in may and we decided on cloth diapering. I most look forward to the cute big baby bum we’ll get with those cloth diapers, but also the natural cloths covering his bum instead of disposable kinds.
Morgan L. commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:24 amI was certainly not sold on cloth diapers until speaking with a coworker. Not only are they more cost effective than disposable, but they also seem more comfortable for the baby. I am pregnant with my first child and would like to start with cloth instead of disposables. I’d rather get the hang of the process right away if I can!
Yesenia Lemus commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:25 amI love cloth diapering for SO many reasons! #1: It saves money #2: They’re so darn cute!, #3: They’re better for the environment… and did I mention how cute they are?!?

brooke thomas commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:00 pmWhile I have been using disposables for my twins who are now 20 months, I have a third child on the way and am committed to going to the cloth diaper route this time around. Of course the cost savings is huge in the long run, but also the l…ack of biodegradable disposables make it a pretty eco-minded switch. Not too mention cloth diping is made a lot easier these days. Someone needs to break the cycle somewhere, I’ll start with my family :)
Matt M commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:04 pmBy using cloth diapers, we look forward to using as little chemicals as possible, being Eco-friendly, and minimizing our expenses. We are first time parents and have been warned that doing the cloth diaper thing is too difficult but we feel we’re up to the challenge and are excited for the benefits.
Paula commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:22 pmI want to ultimately save money and the environment by using cloth diapers. This is a great giveaway, Emily! Thank you!!
Jenny B. commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:27 pmI am cloth diapering with my daughter now and would love to expand our stash so that I am able to hang them to dry (save on all the dryer energy!) I am a first time mom who has used cloth diapers since day one and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. The benefits to cloth diapering are HUGE. I believe we are saving money and and environment, no diapers in the landfills for this family! :) It also makes me feel good that I am putting something chemical free and natural (and pretty darn cute) on my babies behind! Thanks for a chance at the giveaway!
Kristin commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:29 pmUsing cloth diapers means less garbage going to the land fills, and since we use enviromentally friendly laundry soap it means a way smaller impact on our environment. Plus, I heard it helps kids to potty train faster, so big bonus points there…. and it doesn’t hurt that they are such cute designs and colors!
Jessica commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:56 pmWe have just started using cloth diapers and LOVE it! Our little girl has a few severe skin issues and this is helping her out! They are a bit pricey upfront, but well worth the investment! Def pays for itself! We are slowly building our stash, and keeping an eye out for sales, promos, giveaways! Thanks for doing such an amazing giveaway!
Lisa padilla commented on Jan 26 12 at 12:57 pmI’m looking forward to making a huge impact on our environment by not using disposables. I love how cloth diapers shout out the commitment to this effort! Cloth diapers will be our first lesson to our son that he too can make a difference in this world by a single choice. I also can’t wait to see my friends reactions to this commitment since all of them think it is a “crazy” and “naive” choice given the limited time on our hands. Hopefully, a day is near that those that choose disposables will be met with nothing but disdain! Looking forward to this effort that our whole family can be proud of!! Xoxo
amcr commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:02 pmi look forward to just not contributing to the waste in landfills!! and the cute designs :)

Muna commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:28 pmOh how I would LOVE to win these! This is perfect timing! I am a FTM with a 10 week old. I have been wanting to start cloth diapering for a few weeks now but wasn’t sure what to start with. The Charlie banana cloth diapers look perfect! Protecting my child’s bottom and the environment! Can’t get better than this :)

Johanne commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:40 pmI love the look and feel of cloth diapers, we can really have some fun! Super cute diaper bums. My first is due beginning of the summer and I am researching all my options as it is an important decision. I’d love to avoid the waste of disposable diapers.
Christina commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:50 pmWe love cloth diapers because 1) they are easy to use (really, way easier than most people think), 2) they are really less expensive than disposables in the long run, and 3) they are good for our daughter’s little bum. :)
Julie G. commented on Jan 26 12 at 1:58 pmWe are looking forward to using them because they are just so adorable! Our little lady is due in 10 days and I can’t wait to see her in all the cute colors. I am also a fan of the smaller impact on the environment and the cost saving.
Margie commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:03 pmI would be so grateful if I won this cloth diaper bundle! I, like Emily and a lot of new parents, would like to be more environmentally conscientious. I have been using one of the better brands of disposables just to make my life easier for the past two and a half months. Now I am ready to take the plunge into the realm of cloth. I am excited to have the potential to win this great prize and to not be contributing so much to the landfills! I want to do what’s best for my baby:)
Mary commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:08 pmI love doing what I believe is best for my daughter. It also is a perk cloth diapering is what is best for the environment as well : )
Melissa Haas commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:22 pmWe are on a very tight budget at the moment and the extra cost of diapers is too much stress on our wallet. Why not use cloth, its way better for the environment too. Looking forward to our new adventure welcoming our next little one in June 2012. :)
Geneva commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:24 pmI am looking forward to the security of knowing there will ALWAYS be a diaper in our home, we won’t be making midnight runs to the store to by yukky sposables. Also the money we will be able to save, the health benefits for our son and the benefits to the environment. There is NO way our son will ever use sposies, CD’ing is the original way to diaper, call me old fashioned but I like tradition. :)
Hope commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:27 pmI’m so excited to cloth diaper because I love the cute designs!
Lauri (RedHeadRecipes.com) commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:27 pmI am excited to give cloth diapering a try… Our little girl is due in April, and we plan to use disposable diapers at first, but I definitely want to try cloth diapering in hopes of saving money, reducing waste, and healthier bums!
Jennifer Norton commented on Jan 26 12 at 2:39 pmWe’re excited and ready to make the switch from disposable to cloth diapers (and wipes!) Erica R. Jessop commented on Jan 26 12 at 3:29 pmThis is our first child! We were married in July and found out I became pregnant just 3 weeks later. Our son is a giant miracle for us as I only have one ovary due to germ cell cancer and we weren’t sure if we could have children. My husband and I want to use cloth diapers because they limit waste and are a bit more of a commitment than the disposable alternative. My husbands mother raise 11 children and had at least one baby in cloth diapers for 25 years of her life. When you don’t have options, you do what you must…if she can do it with the old standards, then surely we can with these new, clever options. We are thankful for the wonderful new developments is cloth diapering and are excited to continue our journey as parents knowing we are doing what we believe.

I love the money that we have saved, the fact that we are a green family, and how many compliments I get about my sons cute little bum. My blog has also inspired some friends to do CDing and some to keep continuing it. It is less intimidating as it sounds!

Cassie Paskvan commented on Jan 26 12 at 4:28 pmI’m really looking forward to cloth diapering my new baby when he arrives in March. I am so excited about all the health benefits and lessening the impact on the environment. Most of all, I’m excited about the savings. That’s extra important for a single income military family like us.

Abby commented on Jan 26 12 at 4:30 pmCloth diapering saves money in the long run.
Summer Otey commented on Jan 26 12 at 4:36 pmThere are so many advantages to using cloth diapers vs regular diapers , The money we will save alone is a major factor in deciding to use cloth diapers, the designs are so cute and the impact on the environment is a plus as well.
Robin Thrones commented on Jan 26 12 at 4:37 pmI look forward to using cloth diapers for the sake of the environment. For Huggies and Pampers and Luvs are not “disposable” at all. We throw about 18 billion of them away each year into trash cans and bags, believing they’ve gone to some magic place where they will safely disappear. The truth is, most of the plastic-lined “disposables” end up in landfills. There they sit, tightly wrapped bundles of urine and feces that partially and slowly decompose only over many decades.
This unsanitary practice of commingling untreated sewage and solid waste in landfills–of dumping raw sewage directly into the environment–should raise eyebrows among more than those whose job it is to oversee the public health.I could go on and on about how happy I am to not be adding my babies 8000 to 10,000 disposable diapers to the landfil but i need a nap now, lol.
A McG commented on Jan 26 12 at 4:41 pmWe LOVE cloth diapers. My son is 7 mos, and he’s had no blowouts and no diaper rash! Plus they are super cute :)

Kari commented on Jan 26 12 at 5:39 pmI love that my daughter’s cloth diapers seem to leak less, could use some more though!
Maria Christine commented on Jan 26 12 at 5:46 pmI’m a young mama and for any parent its hard enough trying to take care of a little one but cloth diapering would be a whole new thing that would be better for him, me and the planet.
Jessie commented on Jan 26 12 at 5:54 pmMy son looks adorable in his cloth diapers and I love starting him early on being environmentally responsible!
vanambergs@yahoo.com commented on Jan 26 12 at 5:58 pmI love how cloth diapers are reusable. They get dirty and then you can make them clean again and enjoy them again and again. Soft and fluffy. What would you rather have against your skin…….soft cloth/fleece or scratchy rough stuff that was designed to be thrown away?
Caelan commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:02 pmthe cute designs! I love them so much!
Hannah commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:07 pmI can’t wait to save money AND the environment!!
Vicky A. commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:12 pmi actually was just telling my husband how i would rather cloth diaper. i feel like we spend so much on disposable, esp since im a SAHM its wouldnt be an inconvenience for me to cloth. shes had blow outs on her pjs so it wouldnt be a difference from washing those poopy stains to washing poopy diaper stains :) i would LOVE LOVE to try these!
Rachel A commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:33 pmAmong other things, we’re really looking forward to using cloth diapers to demonstrate their ease of use to our skeptical friends and family members who either think they’re “too hippie-ish” (lol) or old-fashioned (nothing could be further from the truth with cloth diapering these days!).
Alison commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:44 pmI plan to cloth diaper as soon as my little guy gets a little bigger. We have a few 1 sized diapers, but they still look to big for him. I’m looking forward to not having to shell out $50 for 3 weeks worth of diapers.
Amanda commented on Jan 26 12 at 6:59 pmThe thought of cloth diapering scared me initially, but now I wish I had done it.
Katherine commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:01 pmI can’t wait to say “good-bye” to cheesy Elmo, Barney and Big Bird on the disposables!
Kirsten commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:02 pmI’m having my first baby in 3 weeks and still haven’t decided whether to use cloth or disposable diapers. Reading about Emily’s experience in cloth diapering has been so encouraging, and the pros are obvious: happy baby bum, happy earth, happy wallet (plus going down three flights of stairs to do laundry in the basement every day, or so, will help me drop the baby weight faster — happy mama!). I am more and more persuaded all the time, and I would love the chance to try these great diapers out on my little one!
Gloria commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:24 pmI’d love to be less harmful to the environment and have a cute bum too!
Karen commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:27 pmHonestly? I love cloth diapers, but my favorite are cloth wipes. I only have to use one when I would use multiple disposables, and I toss them in the laundry right with the diapers.
Windi2011 commented on Jan 26 12 at 7:40 pmWhat I love about cloth diapering is all the money I save and I love how cute they look! All the cute colors and designs make my baby’s bum the cutest on the block :)

Jen commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:14 pmI have a 10-month old daughter and have been cloth diapering for 9 months now. We absolutely love it! Every time I put my daughter in a disposable now (sometimes we run out of cloth by mistake!) she gets a diaper rash! I think that the cloth is much better on her skin.
Natalie T commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:21 pmAs I watch my younger sister raise her precious son, There is not doubt in my mind that I will use cloth diapers when I start having kids.
I’ve seen this wonderful baby boy in cloth and disposable and you can always tell when he has been wearing disposables because he would get a rash.
The cloth diapers are not that hard to clean. They have so many cute patterns now and they are so much better for your baby than disposable.
sarah deschatelets commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:27 pmi have started to use cloth diapers for my twin girls and I really love it! No dumping millions of dirty disposable diapers onto the planet, and no watching my money slip away for buying diapers!
Jess C commented on Jan 26 12 at 8:44 pmI would love to use cloth diapers for my baby boy due on march 25th. They are so much better for the environment than normal disposable ones.

Melissa Prince commented on Jan 26 12 at 9:40 pmI look forward to using cloth diapers for many reasons. I believe cloth diapers are less irritating to my soon to be baby’s skin. The feel is more natural. Cloth diapers are cost effective. I love the fact that I am helping to create a cleaner environment by not using disposable diapers. I want to change the status quo in today’s society. To be honest, whether you all decide to pick us as the winner or not, we still plan to purchase your diapers. Trust me, we would love nothing more than to shout out to all our Facebook friends that we won Charlie Banana Cloth Diaper Giveaway!

My little bundle of joy will be making his or her grand entrance in June and we are planning to cloth diaper. I love the idea of cloth diapering for several reasons, but most importantly it’s such a great way to make such a huge impact on the environment right from the beginning. julia commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:17 pmMy sister is due with her first baby tomorrow! While it looks like the little guy is probably not coming on time, I can’t help but think how much this would help her out. As some who is trying to live a more sustainable, environmentally-conscious life everyday, I absolutely adore cloth diapers. I would love to be able to share these with my sister!
Sydni commented on Jan 26 12 at 11:22 pmI was always interested in cloth diapering but never knew what brand to try. I love this design, it seems easier than others I have looked in to. I would love to try these with my newborn and hopefully switch to cloth!!!

Heather commented on Jan 27 12 at 10:28 amPulling a bag full of disposables out of the diaper pail and throwing them away just made me ill. So much waste. Those diapers just sit for hundreds of years in a landfill. Plus its like taking money out of your wallet and flushing it! I love that cloth is chemical free for my gorgeous daughter! If I was her, thats what I would want on my tush! Not to mention, they are adorable! So cute under a little dress! I love showing them off! It gives me the opportunity to advertise cloth diapering to the uninformed public! I can talk cloth diapers all day! I would love the chance to add a new brand to my stash!
Kelli commented on Jan 27 12 at 10:54 amI’m expecting my first child at the end of the summer & am already sure that I want to cloth diaper. My mom used them on all her kids & I know I’ll want to do the same.

Sharon W commented on Jan 27 12 at 1:07 pmI can’t wait to begin cloth diapering with my little girl because I am sick of all the extra waste disposable diapers contributes to our already over-stuffed landfills. I also look forward to the comfort cloth diapers will provide my baby and how much more efficient they are in terms of leaks and blowouts compared to regular diapers! I can’t wait to join the cloth diaper movement and share with others my experience of how wonderful it is!
Johanna I. commented on Jan 27 12 at 1:22 pmWe’re expecting #2 in a couple of months (just 15 months after #1 arrived) and we definitely need more cloth diapers in our stash. I’ve been wanting to try Charlie Banana so I hope we win!
What’s not to love about cloth diapering? First of all, their little tushes look so cute in cloth, there’s less trash, less chemicals touching my babies, and less money leaving my wallet!
Alisa commented on Jan 27 12 at 1:41 pmI want to start cloth diapering ASAP and the Charlie Banana diapers look like a great way to respect the environment and care for our baby.
Josh R commented on Jan 27 12 at 1:43 pmWant to start things the right way with our first child, and clothe diapers are our first choice.
adrienne commented on Jan 27 12 at 1:47 pmbeing pregnant for the first time (with TWINS no less!), i’m most looking forward to using cloth diapers as a way to help my new growing family reduce our environmental impact but also be gentler on our new babies’ bums! also, with twins, the cost of buying enough disposable diapers for the first year would be HUGE, and with all the other expenses that come with new babies, my husband and i will both appreciate the long-term savings!
Gagan commented on Jan 27 12 at 2:01 pmI’m hoping to try out cloth diapers for our newborn for so many good reasons – natural fabrics, environment friendly, low cost, cool colors! Thanks for hosting the giveaway. Would love to try these Charlie Banana diapers!

Jenny Bunny commented on Jan 27 12 at 2:35 pmI am due with Baby #1 in July and I have been voraciously reading about everything baby. Cloth diapers are something I would love to try, but I am afraid to make the investment if I might not like it…. ? Winning a starter pack would be a wonderful way to get over this fear! :-) Thanks! Jenny Bunny

Mary commented on Jan 27 12 at 3:42 pmAwesome giveaway!! I love cloth diapering for its benefits for both baby & environment. It also doesn’t hurt cloth diapers are so stinkin cute : )
Chrischona commented on Jan 27 12 at 3:45 pmI absolutely love statistics, and cloth diapering and statistics are best friends! I don’t see how a statistics lover could make any other choice: save about $1,600 per child, reduce the possibly 27.4 billion disposable diapers that end up in landfills every single year that are estimated to take 200-250 years to decompose, and not use about 300 pounds of wood, 50 pounds of petroleum feedstocks and 20 pounds of chlorine each year per child (www.realdiaperassociation.org). And that’s just touching the surface. I absolutely love statistics and I absolutely love cloth diapering…and I am absolutely hoping my new little will get such a wonderful free stash of Charlie Banana diapers, “international, luxury brand of modern cloth hybrid diapers and healthy baby products”…what little baby’s bum would not love that!
Emily commented on Jan 27 12 at 4:56 pmI love using cloth diapers. They are adorable, very easy to use, and no diaper rash! I would love to add to our “collection” with this giveaway!

Blakely commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:13 pmThese diapers look amazing! I used cloth diapers with my first and they are pretty worn down. I would love to add some new ones to my stash since our second is due next month.
Paige commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:14 pmBetter for my baby, better for the environment, and they are so much cuter than disposables … What’s not to love?

Suzanne Best commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:27 pmOur son is due on Feb. 29th. I’m really looking forward to cloth diapering him, mostly because we’ll save a lot of money over the long-term, we won’t be contributing any disposables to our landfills, and we’ll hopefully avoid any toxic reactions to our little dude’s precious skin!
Laura commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:27 pmI love how stinkin’ cute my baby’s bum looks in cloth diapers, plus the environmental impact is super important to my family. I LOVE Charlie Bananas, but my little chubber already outgrew the size small… and I’d love some in a bigger size! Pretty please?
Kim Pittman commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:31 pmAs a first time mommy i am amazed by the lbs. of diapers i throw away every day. I’m excited about shrinking our foot print a bit:) and what a wonderful plus that cloth diapers are so cute and easy these days! I
Amanda commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:32 pmI used cloth diapers only at home with my 2nd. I’d love to have more to make it a full time event in our lives when this baby comes in a month. :)
Kaeli McAuley commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:36 pmMy husband and I are currently battling infertility. At 23-years-old it isn’t an easy battle for either of us; it’s beyond emotionally taxing and extremely expensive. We made the choice early-on that our future children will be cloth diapered from the start. We look forward to saving money, but more importantly we look forward to taking better care of our babies’ tushies and the environment we’ll be leaving for them–and their children. There’s no denying the adorable cuteness of a fluffy bottom, but winning this would help our family..and the babies we’re dying to have.
Ashley commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:46 pmI have wanted to use cloth diapers since I found out more about them when my daughter was about 3 months old. I would love to get some for herbecause she gets yeast infections so bad and easy and I heard they can fix that problem and frequent diaper rashes. I have tried to talk my fiance in to buying cloth diapers but he just sees.money and not the benefits and ik if he was givin a chance to see for himself how they work that they prevent yeast infections and diaper rashes so much better and that they are cheaper in the long one he would decide to put some money aside for them. I would love to win some to show him they are better and for oir future kids to use some too! Thanks!!
Janelle commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:49 pmLove saving money, the environment, and the fact that cloth is a zillion times healthier for my daughter!
Andrea commented on Jan 27 12 at 6:58 pmThe number one thing that I love about my cloth diapers is that I’m not exposing her bum to chemicals. Plus, who doesn’t love saving money and CUTE bums!
Danielle commented on Jan 27 12 at 7:00 pmI had always planned on cloth diapering but when we had our daughter I let my husband talk me into disposables and I HATE it! I see the crystals on her butt and it seems like her legs are irritated…if I won this contest I’d be able to live the cloth diapering life of my dreams!
Agnes commented on Jan 27 12 at 7:05 pmI love the mission statement. Thinking that a disposable diaper takes about 500 years to vanish off the surface of the earth is really scary…Not to mention that who knows what kind of influence chemicals in those diapers really have, I think that we will find out in about 50 years….So I love the idea of offering my baby natural and close to the nature way of growing….And respect our Mother earth:)
Asima M commented on Jan 27 12 at 7:06 pmI love cloth diapering because of the big bubble butt that it gives my daughter! Also, the look on my husbands face as he deals with the diaper change aftermath ;)

Mommy Of Two commented on Jan 27 12 at 8:05 pmI am a mommy of two, one of which is two years (boy) and the other is almost 3 months old (girl). My husband, who came home from the military on honorable discharge, because we couldn’t handle being away from each other, and especally having two kids. Anyways long story short, we didn’t know how hard finding a job, especally him being ex military would be, it is very hard, we make just enough money to pay bills and food stamps put food on the table, wic helps me with formula, but we scrape by with change, just to buy diapers for them both. I really LOVE the idea of cloth diapers, not only will they help us out but they are so darn cute! Especially both of my kids being in diapers, it takes a toll on our pockets, I will always be able to take care of my children, they’re is always a way, I go without, I would give them the shirt off my back if I have too. Thanks for this oppertunity to try and win these cute life savers! xo (:

Jenn commented on Jan 27 12 at 9:10 pmI have used disposable diapers with both of my previous children, and have had horrible problems with butrashes. My last son had a bleeding butt at only a week old becuz his little checks are so sensitive. I would love to try cloth with baby number three. Hoping maybe that would be easier on the sensitive skin my children are blessed with. And anything that can save us money in the long run is a plus also.

Rachel Waters commented on Jan 29 12 at 10:14 amBy far, the number one reason to get excited about cloth diapers is the amount of waste that will not be going into the landfills, which will reduce the amount of methane gas produced. Not to mention they are cute and a money saver!

We used a lot of prefold diapers because the upfront cost was significantly lower than all-in-ones or pockets, but I have a couple and would love to add more to our stash for our next boy due in June.

Laura Erhart commented on Feb 17 12 at 11:26 amOur little guy was pretty tiny so for the first month we used disposables and when we made the switch, the amount of garbage reduction was amazing – you know cloth diapers are great for the environment but having initially used disposables, it was something we could actually SEE. Helping the environment in such a huge way is rewarding – and the cost savings over time aren’t too bad either! :-)
siobhan valentine commented on Mar 17 12 at 7:34 amI’ve been doing so much research on cloth diapers and I can’t wait!
