The Boy That Almost Crawls
Tate has been threatening to crawl for a few weeks. The last week or so has been spent with Tate rocking back and forth on all fours endlessly. I caught a little video of him almost crawling the other day. It’s pretty cute if I may say so myself.
I don’t know how much longer I have, but I do know that every time I try to put a time line on Tate’s development, it gives me anxiety.

Kristyn commented on Jan 24 12 at 12:05 amOh I’m right there with you. B has been like this for a week or two. Every day he gets better, but still no real crawling. It seems to tire him out quickly. I’m in no hurry. He can take his sweet time…
Meagan commented on Jan 24 12 at 1:22 amWhy are you having anxiety? He’s not even close to late for getting mobile… and I’ve heard a range on the pre-crawl rocking from days to months.
Alley commented on Feb 23 12 at 11:41 amI loved watching that rock, and you see the look of mystification on their faces as they get closer and closer to getting “there”. I remember that with my daughter :) Enjoy it, because before you know it he’ll be past that stage.
