Percy and Vivi LOLZ it up.

Wink and Vivi coexisitng.
I realize the whole LOLcat thing is a wee bit old, but I didn’t have cats or a baby when it was all the rage so you’re going to have to forgive me. Both our cats genuinely love this baby and anytime she is awake they are as near to her as possible without sitting on her or risking their whiskers or ears at her baby death grip. When I was researching old wives’ tales for another post I wrote, a prevalent one was that cats would suck the air out of a baby’s mouth.
*insert confused face here*
Babies are small and warm and they smell of milk. What cat wouldn’t want a piece of that? But sucking the air out of them? I don’t think so.
Vivi and Percy are especially tight, Percy is the cat we had no intention of adopting but when he crawled into her stroller and allowed her to maul his ears while purring loudly? We knew he was the cat for us.
I was taking a few hundred photos of Vivi today when Percy joined in, as I went through them I couldn’t help to notice the faces Percy pulls as Vivi yanks and grabs at his furry places.
Cody calls Percy 10 watt, as in he’s not the brightest cat in the litter box but he is certainly the most lovable. Truth be told if he could talk? It would probably be in LOLspeak anyway.

Fannie commented on Jan 06 12 at 4:23 pmMy baby LOVES our kitty. But the kitty does not love the baby, specifically the baby death grip which results in my baby having a fistful of fur. Classic story of unrequited love.
