Pulling Up and Other 9 Month Old Craziness
OK, OK, OK, I know he’s SUPPOSED to start pulling up on things and standing and cruising,
BUT I’M NOT READY!
I’m just not.
This morning I went in the nursery and saw my baby standing. STANDING! He was all like, “Look at me Mom” and “Aren’t I so cool?” and I was likeā¦.
STOP GROWING!
With my first I was so excited for every milestone. I wanted him to walk and talk and wave good-bye, but this time I look at the milestone lists in disbelief and think to myself,
“Is he supposed to be doing that ALREADY?”
According to the Baby Care by Month Development Milestones I should expect clapping, cruising, eating with a spoon and a “momma” to come out of his mouth soon.
*sigh*
I’m not ready, but he sure is.
