The $350 Baby Nursery
Baby Zeke turned one month over the weekend, so in celebration – we decided it was time to put together his nursery. As mentioned, the nursery was empty with the exception of furniture.
When creating his nursery, we had a few things I wanted to stay true to.
Affordable Furniture and Decor
With this being the second nursery we’ve done in the last year and a half – money is an object! In order to accommodate this fourth child with a room of his own, we had to renovate other parts of our house. The entire nursery was done for under $350.
Fun with No Theme
We wanted to keep the room fun, with no specific theme.
Keep the Brown Walls
With all the other rooms we had to paint in our house – I really did NOT want to paint (or have painted) yet another room!
Here are the results of our efforts.
While this isn’t a designer’s dream nursery, for what we were wanting – it’s a winner!
Counting the crib and changing table (which were $200 together), we spent approximately $350 on Zeke’s nursery!
