HOW-TO: Clip Yo Baby’s Nails
Yo! So, a while back our lovely editor asked us to film a series of How-To videos for the Baby’s First Year blog. She had a long list of suggested topics, most of which were pretty basic things that probably we all know how to do but also we probably all do them differently. I picked How To Clip Your Baby’s Nails first because, going into this parenting deal, clipping nails was about the scariest thing I anticipated doing (second only after caring for Huck’s circumcision site, SCARY).

Maybe if I put my baby in front of herself (mirror/webcam) she’ll be just as good as Huck!! Or I might give up and take the baby to the groomer with the dog.

I was spoiled by daycare where they cut my daughter’s nails for me, but now that she graduated to the wobbler room (pre-toddler) I have to do it myself and it’s almost impossible. I have the usual clippers but maybe I’ll try those sissors.
